Paul Stanley solidified the setlist for his solo tour, which will change througout the 20 dates.
This is what I have heard he has been rehearsing for the
the first few dates on the tour.

A Million To One
Mr. Speed
Makin' Love
Wouldn't You Like To Know Me
Goodbye
Tonight You Belong To Me
Live To Win
Second To None
Lift
Where Angels Dare
Love Gun
Heaven's On Fire
Lick It Up
I Was Made For Lovin' You
I Want You
Detroit Rock City
Black Diamond

Hey, not bad! Those are pretty much the best tracks off the '78 album, though "Take me away" might have been a good addition. Still, maybe too heavy for Paul these days.....and that's more or less the Kiss selection I'd expect, Mr. Speed is great...cool, one of my fave Kiss tracks.....I'm looking forward to that show.

Being that I think the new solo album is lame beyond belief, I'd go solely for these 3 songs:

I Want You
A Million To One
Mr. Speed

Seen the other KISS songs live numerous times, and other than Ace's album, I've never been crazy about the original solo albums. Paul's does have some good tunes on it, and he's always been my overall favorite in KISS, but I'm not going out of my way...

On a side note, I heard his touring band is going to be the (back-up) band from the TV flop "Supernova". :ill:

Not a bad set list, but like everyone, the Kiss stuff I've heard a million times already live. I wish he'd do some stuff off Psycho Circus, Revenge or Creatures - three albums that haven't made into their set list in years (beyond 1 song off each album). Although, A million to one would be a great song to hear - It's 1 of their overlooked gems.

The actual setlist from opening night:
Final Setlist:

Live To Win
Hide Your Heart
Million To One
Got To Choose
Move On
Bullet Proof
Tonight
Lick It Up
Wouldnt You Like To Know Me
Magic Touch
I Still Love You
Strutter
Every Time I see You Around
Do You Love Me
I Want You
Love Gun
Encore
Lift
Detroit Rock City
Goodbye

Apparently, Gene was in attendance.

I don't know if you even watched the show? They are pretty damn good musicians...Don't knock them because they were part of something you didn't care for, they have to make a living right? That's old news anyhow, this was revealed about amonth and a half ago when they left the Rockstar Supernova Tour.

Love Ceatures, Revenge, what do you think of Carnival of Souls?!
That had a couple of great tunes on it!

Yeah, Carnival was deffinately different but it was Good. My fave albums were the 3 I listed above, but Carnival ranks up there. It was more metallic and darker than most of their stuff.

Better than expected...

2006 KISS guitarist/vocalist Paul Stanley kicked off his "Live to Win" solo tour Saturday night (Oct. 21) at the Tabernacle in Atlanta, Georgia. His setlist was as follows:

02. Hide Your Heart
03. A Million To One
04. Got To Choose
05. Move On
06. Bulletproof
07. Tonight
08. Lick It Up
09. Wouldn't You Like To Know Me?
10. Magic Touch
11. I Still Love You
12. Strutter
13. Every Time I See You Around
14. Do You Love Me
15. I Want You
16. Love Gun
Encore:
17. Lift

I'd go see this show if the House of Blues Sunset show wasn't already sold out. Didn't find out about the show until AFTER it was already sold out, too.

All I could stomach of that show was one night. I started to feel a little faint watching Newstead pump his fist to a Nirvana song - which I believe was the first night - so I promised not to go back.

...and I mentioned NOTHING about their musicianship. The :ill: was intended solely for the show. Sorry for the misleading :ill: . I have no doubt they are great musicians. That is not an easy job.

The song selection for that show is weak, no idea who was the one selecting the songs...

great setlist but he needs to play it's alright from the '78 solo album. i think thats the name of the song. if i'm wrong someone let me know

Nope, you are right, and that is a killer tune. I'd also like to here "Take me away (together as one)" A killer riff in that song, kind of a descending, eerie thing....a good song. The conventional thinking is that Ace's was the best '78 solo, but I liked Paul's best, even back then. I still remember when I bought it....

Speaking of Rock Star Supernova, did you see where Newsted tore his shoulder up and needed surgey and is out for about 9 months?! He will NOT be touring... Was he just jumping off the Titanic before it sunk?!
