I saw him with Arcade opening for Dream Theater in 1992. I was singularly unimpressed with him.

you know...nobody rides for free. Why does Ratt insist on tell the world their problems like some sweat cheaters who keep coming back for more? I can just see it now Bobby says "you're in trouble", while Stephen comes back with "you think you're tough"? Warren just sighs and quietly says "U got it" and he walks out the door because he's walkin' the dog!!!
