Phase Reverse Question

Hi everybody , i'm new here and new in all the things related to recording, i've been reading a lot of things in this forum about phase reverse , but i wanna know how i can do that , can i do it in a software like Cool edit pro ?and how? .

Or look around for something that says Phase Reverse or Invert.
