I was supposed to see Helmet last week but had a bastard of a ear infection and couldn't go. It's a shame cause i'd have been right up front representing the Thrax Squad!

Helmet have always been one of my favourite bands. They fucking kick ass now. Bello and Tempesta are crushing. Really tight and heavier than ever.

Yeah, Size Matters really is a solid record. It's not as heavy as older Helmet but if you just take it for a new hard rock record there's some quality tracks on it. It's really grown on me over recent weeks.

I got it and got into it a little bit, but not over the top. I left it for a couple of weeks and went back to it and now i love it. There are some really great heavy riffs on there. Loud in my car most days now!
