What does a Procurement Technician-Fed. Gov't do?

The branch of gov't i work for handles all the construction, maintenance, etc. for all gov't buildings. So anybody that is hired to build a new courthouse or federal building, post office, etc., provide janitorial or mechanical work-things of that sort- has to be signed to a contract. I'm the guy that creates the contracts and purchase orders for services-The technician that handles the data side of the "procurement of services". Great fun.
