Hello, this is a three minute song by the Black metal band Aegrimonia that I'm in... and I just wanted to expose it so I could see if anyone likes the sound.

Now speaking of the sound, we don't really know anything about proper recording or mixing or anything like that, so it is crappy and raw.. but I think you can get the basic idea of the song. Just two guitars and bass- vocals and drums have yet to be added.

PLEASE tell me what you think... and it isn't neccessary to tell me how bad the production is, because oh dear lord I know.

pretty alright, man. i would say that drums would be a big help to that song. id be interested in hearing the final take.

Good news than my friend, we finished the WHOLE fucking song this weekend. 100% done. We don't want to mess up any quality or anything for converting it to mp3, so we're waiting to get a stereo adapter for a 1/8 plug. Also, this has a smoother more blackmetal sound to it, because we did it 100% analog, so consider that sample just a beta. The digital sound wasn't working out. The recording process was a bit more labor intensive than we thought with two shitty dynamic microphones and a cheap ass four track that does two at a time... haha.. we can laugh about it now, but when the demo is out and in peoples hands, we will have definetly conquered the black metal scene in EAST HAMPTON CONNECTICUT! :sarcasm:

Sorry, but it sounded like crap to me... The mixing is terrible. Terrible to the point I couldn't tell anything about the song. Might want to try a remix to clean it up a bit.

Well winterfall edited his first post, but he talked about a record deal...

i tend to be a little too over-reactive when i hear bands that are looking for record deals with a basic material, cos i tend to be the more professionnal that i can be music-wise...
