I think the first and third one are the best ones out of all of them.

Try disabling the cab and using something like Recabinet 3 (www.recabi.net) as the cab sim instead. The cab sims on pods are shit. You will be much happier with the end result.

I would have to say the 3rd one is the only one that sounds usable. It needs some tweaking (compression, EQing, new cab sim) to get there.
