Pop or Soda?

Well, my friend and I just argued over something stupid... whether Coca-Cola, Sprite, and the likes should be called Soda or Pop. I call it pop, he calls it soda. So being the bored, pointless bastard I am, I decided to make a poll!

Arch is right, 'pop' is a midwest thing, that's what I always called it until I made the mistake of moving to Florida and nobody knew what the fuck I was talking about.

I usually call whatever I want by it's given name. For generalization I think I usually say softdrink.

Generally, I call them by their given name too. Gimme a Vanilla Coke, or a Sprite... or a can of soda.
