That guy is a legendary roadie over in Europe. Evergrey arrived late to the venue because they played the night before in another state. The guy in the pic worked his ass off to get all of Evergrey's equipment ready so the band could go on at the appropriate time. Tom is just showing his appreciation in the pic.
