OK... so I absolutely loved Future Worlds. Got it as a pre-release on cassette when I was working for a record store back when the Earth was still cooling. I immediately proceeded to lose track of the band for the next fifteen years and haven't felt the inclination to rediscover them since... until now.

Recommendations?

Gracias.

I also really like the other early one, Lethal Heroes (1984). Like Mystic Prophecy or Nocturnal Rites, since then the band has put out solid, consistent, but not revolutionarily different albums. They're all good, but I don't think there are true standouts. 1994's Scream is usually picked as one of their tops. I'm partial to 2002's Planet Panic. I don't think they've had a bad album.

Actually Jump The Gun (known as Lethal Heroes in USA) was from 1990. Red Hot & Heavy was from 1984.

My favorite post 80s album from Pretty Maids is Spooked (1997).

OMG, where have I been the past 20 years, never heard of the band before, and this song absolutelly blows me away. I love this effin' forum.

Thanks for the heads up!!

You really can't go wrong with any of their releases.....such a solid band.
I would recommend...... 1- Scream
2- Anything Worth Doing Is Worth Overdoing
3- Wake Up To The Real World
But, like I said before, all of their releases are fantastic.

Zod - as stated here by others, Lethal Heroes is flat out amazing and is a must purchase.

After you get that one, I say pick up Spooked. It may be one of their toughest ones to find, but well worth the time to seek out. Great piece of melodic metal.

On a side note, this is THE band I need to see in person before I move off this planet.
