I want to see them all!
:kickass: :kickass:

Thanks Karen ;)

I'll post them later today or tommorrow... But then I might wait till I have all those pics from Vader / Suffocation and Cryptopsy before posting anything...

I also have Children of Bodom next Week in Quebec...

Wow great pics!!
I was going to smuggle my camera in but I decided not too. I should have though because they didn't seem to care! What a wicked show! I spent most of my time about 2 people back from just about center stage. Unfortunately I found Warrels vocals kinda low from where I was standing. I wonder if they were better further back.
Are they filming for a DVD? I've been out of the loop for a while cause I've been busy with school and haven't had time to read news/posts, but I saw them filming! :hotjump:

I looked for you Fred, because I remember you saying you might come to the Montreal show, but I didn't see you. Can't wait to see the rest of the pics.

I couldn't hear Warrel all that well either. But then again my ear was plasterred to Jeff's speaker. A friend of mine who was elsewhere told me he heard Warrel fine, that's the problem with the Medley, the accoustics are great but if you're not in the right spot you don't get everything.
I dunno know what they were filming for but I'd like to know, the camera was in my face a couple of times so I'd like to know if I'd actually get the honor of being on a Nevermore DVD.

At the medley, you get optimal sound when you're on the balcony... I though Warrel sounded awesome but he was getting tired. His voice gave out a bit in the heart collector... but once he got pissed about it, it all got better and he sang This Godless Endeavour like a god really... He started great, struggled around the middle of the set and he ended even better than he had started! As for the band, they were way tighter than when I saw them in london and it'S understandable since they only had one guitar back then.

I don’t even think a saw a Photopit lol! I need to open up my eyes!

Yeah I noticed Warrel looked a little tired or sick...or maybe both, who knows. But his vocals live still never cease to amaze me. It’s so refreshing to hear someone who sounds almost exactly as they do on their cd.

That was my first time to Montreal and the Medley and I was really impressed by both. It was nice to see Nevermore and Opeth in a club that size. You could get a good view from most spots, even in the back. I had to retreat during Opeth because I thought I was going to get broken in half hehe.
Hopefully NM will go to Montreal (or closer to the Maritimes) for their headlining tour. It will be nice to see them play a much longer set.

What did you guys think of Fireball Ministry?? I didn't think they fit the bill at all. Not that they were terrible...It just seemed as if they were out of their element.

I thought Fireball Ministry sounded like a Motorhead ripp-off...

heh, that's kinda funny, I caught the tail end of their set and was thinking "my goodness, Lemmy, you've aged so well!" I thought they were pretty cool, although I'm partial to bands with female musicians anyway. Represent!
