Problem with singer doing scream tracks..... use the od808 !

An Overdrive pedal totally improved a singers ability to record scream vocal parts!

That's right......after wasting nearly a 8 hours recording time, I plugged up a Maxon od808... BAM! Great sounding scream parts!

WOW, I would never thought that it would make that much difference, but yes it does.:hotjump:

I have also had great luck with a Neve pre with the gain cranked and then the fader turned way down... gets a really good "Fucking Hostile" from Pantera type sound.
