Those $40 car fridges at Repco this week.

These things plug into your cigarette lighter, and work on the same principal as the nuclear power sources on satellites, only backwards (electricity makes heat/cold, rather than heat makes electricity).

We bought a couple today, one for us, and our 12 month old daughter's food/snacks etc), and another for my Mum and Dad who travell alot.

They will cool drinks to 20 degrees below the cabin temperature, and also heat stuff to 65 degrees.

We used it for today for a return trip to Cowra, and it worked very very well.

I'd say at least an 8.5 out of 10.

I've not tired the heating function yet, as the engine usually cooks sausage rolls on trips.

The sale started Friday, and our local Repco has sold 30 of them.

Get yours before it's too late.

Shit, I forgot the most important part. They will hold 9 cans, or 6 stubbies.

Koichi, is that a new F250, with the ford PowerStroke turbodiesel engine ?

* bars up and blows at the thought that it could be *
