The latest show (Prog special!!) has music from Threshold, Vanden Plas, Liquid Tension Experiment, Star One, Sieges Even, Atheist. There is also a great interview with Richard West from Threshold.

So if you're taking suggestions, play Seventh Wonder (prog metal mixed with AOR), Tomorrow's Eve (very heavy prog with a lot of mood and atmosphere), Spheric Universe Experience (pretty heavy prog), and of course, older stuff like King Diamond, Believer, Coroner, Voivod, Adramelch, Realm, Toxik etc

But I don't know why he claims it to be a prog podcast. I don't think Legion (yes, Marduk-Legion!) makes prog-metal

It is a great show indeed but I think they should also have featured bands like Shadow Gallery and Poverty's No Crime!
