I just noticed my credit card i used to pre-order my copy of this years festival has been charged for the purchase. I always thought most companies didn't bill your account until they shipped your purchase. Anyone else get billed already for it. I emailed the company (lucidlounges) about it but got no response in 4 days so thought i would ask here. I'm not getting impatient because they said it would ship before the holidays (christmas) but with getting billed already i was just curious.

I'm not Lucid Lounge nor do I have anything to do with the process. However, I can guess though. Orders were accepted via paypal. Paypal is an immediate payment process and thus your card was charged one you hit "send payment." It was not set up as a standard pre-order as you see with regular credit card.

Do you think there's a way I can change the address it's currently being shipped to, since I'll be at home instead of school? Or, perhaps, who should I contact about that?
