Promo edition of Volume 8.

Hey all,

I don't own any of the standard editions of Volume 8, but I was able to pick this one up at one of the used shops in town a while back.

I paid 10$ (Canadian) for it, and apparently it is quite rare.

Does anyone else have it? It's pretty fuckin' killer!

nope. i have a bruce dickinson promo cd of "balls to picaso" and type o negative "october rust" and "world coming down" . i don't know if they're rare or not. i didn't pay for them.

I have two. I used to have three but I gave one away.
It was nice back before the re-issue of the album because the promo had "Pieces" as a separate track and wasn't censored. I made a CDR to keep in the car with that version plus all the b-sides from that album.

I've actually got that one - I remember working with Hillary at Ignition Records (when they still existed) and was stoked that she was sending it to me. I wasn't aware that I had promo artwork until I went to link the album cover to the review.

That disc is in a safe place, and isn't going anywhere. Come to think of it, I haven't listened to that one in a while, so it might be time to dig it out and blast it again.

Wow, I bought one of these signed at a used CD place for $3.00 a while back, I had always assumed the autos were real. Anyone know if they're ALL signed?

The recent re-release or the actual Ignition pressing? I own the '98 Igniton release... never seemed censored to me...
