:erk: What's wrong with the people at this magazine?!?!?! Those guys are great! And although I'm not a fan of The Doors, ELP, Rick Wakeman, etc there is no way in hell they should be on a worst music acts list, NO WAY!

Although I have to agree with Insane Clown Posse, Goo Goo Dolls, Spin Doctors, etc.

Malmsteen really annoys me too as a guitarist but I really like some of the more melodic rock/AOR sounding songs he did in the '80s. Some good songs with annoying guitar work I reckon lol.

Michael Bolton, I have to admit I like his really early stuff with the big 80s keyboards and cool guitars and stuff. Great AOR!

They shouldn't have dissed Iron Butterfly, the drum solo in In a gadda was the basis for early metal drumming.

this people are fucks, and come on, Air Supply rule.

At least they put Celine Dion in there.

Bloody over-singing,long necked,chicken dancing,French speaking,Close Encounters alien looking cow.

And what about that arsehole John Mayer?

Everytime his "Your Body Is A Wonderland" song comes on the telly, I feel like sticking rusty forks in my eyes and going my knackers with a hammer.

Boring,boring bastard he is!

bleh.

for those magazines, "worst" = "most unfashionable at the moment".

Interesting that Arrested Development are in there though. That's a band that was EVERYWHERE about ten years ago... couldn't open a music magazine or turn on an entertainment show about hearing about them... but for all that I can't remember ever actually hearing one of their songs.

So that also goes to show how fickle these magazines are. Build 'em up, cut 'em down.

these don't suck in my book

I challenge anyone to listen to Brain Salad Surgery and then tell me with a straight face that ELP are the second-worst band in the history of the world.

Go on!
