PTLE7 Keyboard Shortcuts for Windows... help?

I've looked through the frickin book about 10 times and cant find the shortcut to move the cursor up and down between tracks...

anyone?

p is up l is left ; is down and ' is right buy some short cut stickers off ebay.(thats off the top of my head could be wrong) are youi in key command focus mode?

I was going to buy the sticker set... I still will, actually... and i wouldn't know what mode I'm in, but I tried using P, L, etc etc... nothing happened...

your probably not in key command focus mode.
click on the A..Z in the top left
ill have a look when i get home!!

Command Keyboard Focus shortcuts:

Command+Option+1 (mac)
Control+Alt+1 (pc)

...Or you can click to highlight the little [a...z] box in the top left just about the track list.
