Just want to take this time to PUBLICALLY thank Jax & Jim Pitulski for the quick manner in which my good friend's merch issue/anomally was handled & taken care of. While I have been quite bitchy about the way a lot of things have been happening lately, let me say the people involved with resolving this have been kickass. I'm glad I have a good ear to bark into once & while! ; )
