Need some advice on the mix and guitar tone, from you good guys

vocal track is the original but ive made everything else atleast

when i listen on my monitors the guitar tone is fine, but on headphones it sounds so bad :/

are drums to loud?

any pointers on what to improve?

some sloppy playing, got some nerve damage in my left arm so cant play extremly good atm
