Very fond memories of Metal Health. Hoping the new one is as good as this year's Helix opus.

Interesting, I didn't know they were putting out a new album. I know Frankie reformed the band to play live shows, but I thought it was strictly a live tribute show like Dio Disciples. I saw them earlier this year and they weren't bad.

Since you mentioned Helix new album, I have to mention Kix has a new one coming out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXgpUeojq3I. Both of those bands still put on a good show. Nothing sophisticated, just fun party bands from the 80's.

They wanted $50 when they played the pool hall. That was double what I paid for Saxon etc in Montreal. If they come back, I'd pay no more than $30 and only if Jizzy is singing.

The album's sound is rough and soupy but am liking the new songs.
