Just got the new Quiet Riot DVD "Live in the 21st Century" 20 years of Metal Health. Not bad filmed at the Key Club seems a small venue or very intimate. Has the usual selection of songs Slick Black Cadillac, Terrifed,Mama weer all crazy now, Feel the pain(duno this one but its good),Itchykoo Park & Don't wanna let you go (done unplugged style you know what I mean),Thunderbird, Danger Zone, Sign of the Times,Battle Axe, Physo City, Cum on feel the noize, My Generation oh and Metal Health............
It also has a home movies of Randy Rhoads performing there 1st single release "Picking up the Pieces" .plus other stuff.. Gee Kevin Dubrow has got a great rug on , Carlos seems very lazy dos'nt move much but they said that on metal sludge he was a lazy fuk, Rudy what a bass player graet moves and Fankie Banali did'nt relaese what great skins basher ( breaks one of John Bonham drums heads on the bonus footage.
Triva : Metal Health sold 10 million units ...........so it said on the dvd
Not a bad purchase but at $50 bucks good value with a bonus audio CD.

Yep, "Metal Health" is one of the biggest selling metal albums ever. The entire rest of the their catalogue still hasn't sold that many put together.

I think Metal Health is overrated, as awesome as the title track is.... I think Condition Critical is better in some respects and QRIII is even better.. they keyboard album!

:headbang:

I've always wanted to pick up Metal Health

I read somewhere... "everyone went out and bought the album, then denied it 3 weeks later" ;)
