hmmm if you liked Quiet world I highly recommend "day" (from "brave murder day").....they have the same frozen feeling...of unbearable emptiness... I love both

to me this is the only song i consider to be super similar to QW

Excellent song, Melancholia described it perfectly. That and the hypnotic Scarlet Heavens (bearing Swano's stamp of genius) make Saw You Drown my favorite of the Katatonia EPs. And the two we know and love from Discouraged.

Hate to be an asshole but isn't there a Katatonia forum here .. I think it would be more beneficial if you posted this there ..... even though the amount of Katatonia fans on the Opeth Forum are probably closed to the number of Opeth fans .

I love that song [Quiet World]... thanks for "Day", I'll check it out.

You know, it was verry interesting listening to Quiet World having Screen Saver - Starfield on and just looking at it... verry nice feeling.
