Quiklok monitor stands

I'm sure a few of you guys use these. Just wondered if you used the rubber feet or the metal pointy screw pins that they provide? Is there any advantage of using the metal pins over the rubber feet?

I was just tidying up and came across them. Forgot all about them and wondered if they would help isolate the stands from the floor a bit more?

he means that they suck...check out ultimate monitor stands or similar designs that can be filled with sand or others to increase the mass

You havent maybe thought of just using A set of Auralex MoPADS to put under your monitors on your desk. They really good and help with decoupling! I noticed a difference!
