Yes that was her.Well it was to be expected but she put upa good fight.I'm sad but her pain is over.
Last week Jared Anderson of Morbid Angel/Hate Eternal & now Sandy.

Sandy from the Runaways....I really liked them way back when...Hope she's at peace after dealing with cancer....its a horrible thing.

RIP SANDY WEST - thanks for all the great music the success of the runaways was really inspiring to me growing up with my guitar and being in bands. not to get all oprah but i was empowered \m/ i never met sandy but i heard she was cool people.

wow, i didn't even know about this! i've been a runaways fan since 10th grade. anyone interested in a good runaways documentary should check out EDGEPLAY. awesome 70s footage of the band and current interviews with everyone (except joanie of course).

Yea was looking at some of those old films and was like man I remember those times, it was a great era in music, I remember Joan Jet you know alot, and today she looks like a doll too at 48 she's kept healthy.
