ive got one of his instructional vids, he plays around with it on there... i think he shows how to make it too, or perhaps I read how to make it somewhere else.

I think its more than just a drill.. like he sticks picks around the end of the bit.

I think I read once, it was three or four picks attached to the drill, like feathers on an arrow.
