I hold similar standards to myself (but higher, since I'm a guy and have greater potential for muscle growth) and go to the gym 5 times a week. What's wrong with holding those same standards towards others?

The problem is that you shouldn't hold other people to your standards of what they should do with their bodies, especially if they are already exactly as they should actually be, as is the case with your views on rachel Ray.

I don't think the chick looks bad by any means, but to me she is slightly chubby and I don't see that as an unrealistic observation.

I personally see it as a ridiculous observation worth not being mentioned because it is so off the mark. That's how I see it.
