Ragnarokkr 2015: Q5

OH YEAH!!!!!! Freaking Q5 is set to play the mainstage as one of the friday co-headliners in 2015. Q5 are a classic 80's hard rock / trad metal band who just reformed and working on a new album. They have to great albums worth hunting down..."Steal the Light" and "When the Mirror Cracks". I can't say enough good things about them so I will let their music speak for them....

My sole experience with Q5 was the song "Pull The Trigger" from the Welcome To The Metal Zone compilation. It didn't interest me enough to bother checking out more of their material. However, based on "Lonely Lady" alone I think I'll have to do just that.

Listened to all of Steel The Light and it's really good! I don't know why MFN picked "Pull The Trigger" for that comp, except maybe that they wanted a heavier track. However Q5 are definitely better at the more melodic songs.
