Last saturday I was in Bilbao Exhibition Arena at Rammstein's show.
It was fucking amazing... flames, explosions, dicks and loads of fun.
I could feel the warmth of the flames from 50 metres.
I wonder how much does it cost to carry out such a big production and how many people work for it.

The sound in big venues is not always the best specially when your are far... too much reverb.

They played most of the new album songs including "Pussy" which was one of the best moments. This song is much better live. And of course many classic songs... I missed Amerika and Mein Herz Brent and some others but it's just a matter of taste.

I don't want say anything or reveal anything because I guess people from this forum will go to see them.

I've been in many gigs in my life, believe me when I say MANY... and Rammstein is one of those bands as Iron Maiden or Kiss that kick your ass and are unforgetable.

Highly recommended.

Their ticket prices are just ridiculously high nowadays - 85 euros (120 USD)! The average gig around here costs about 25 - 40 euros, sometimes much lower. When Nile played in Oulu, the ticket cost 17 euros or so!

I saw them in Madrid, and it's the best show i've ever seen in my entire life! I've seen a lot of big bands with big shows (Iron Maiden in the Somewhere Back in time tour, Kiss, AC/DC) but no one (NO ONE) comes closer to what Rammstein do live.

The start of the show, the atmosphere they create, is AWESOME. I dont whant to spoil anything but... damn... if you have the opportunity to see them live, go for it.
I hope that they release a DVD of this tour.

BTW, the ticket costs 48€ in Madrid.

unfortunatly, i didnt catch any tickets for a show around here, their server was completly unreachable at the start of the sale, and when it worked again, it was all sold out :((

hopefully they release a dvd of this tour, the völkerball dvd is so awesome

I've seen them one time before, and they are the best band i hve seen live i believe. (dare I say it was a better show than Maiden & Metallica by a smidge!). Worth every penny if you can get to one. They are playing three UK dates, I really should get a ticket ebfore they sell out if they havent already.

As Niko said, we paid is Spain 48 €.
Here the average is also 25-40 €. I don't understand why is Rammstein so high priced in Finland.

Yes, but Nile doesn't have flames, explosions, or dicks (thank god  )

Truth. Everyone knows Karl Sanders is just a really fat woman.

Dude, I really think the reason I just can't take them or their music that seriously is because I saw them live - between Karl's severely skewed height/width ratio and Dallas' balding head and ridiculously awkward picking technique, it just kinda blew the epic, evil image for me :erk:

I just can't take Nile seriously because they're fronted by a mr blobby type who looks like he's clenching his sphincter to wax lyrical in caveman dialect about pyramids, wet dreams about Nefertiti and Tutankhamun's bowel movements.

karl sanders is SO goddamn fat
i mean he is fucking fat
he is hilarious
and his little smirk when he does any of those epic nile bends, total fatgasm face

that guy from spawn looks like karl sanders too

I get goose bumbs, when I read your report, Jevo. Can´t wait to see them live! I hope I get tickets yet :hotjump: I own the live in Berlin..."Seemann" is an atmospheric explosion. It makes me a bit proud, that you guys dig this German band so much. We only have Boris Becker (idiot), Heidi Klum (pussy) and Franz Beckenbauer (okay, he´s a legend)
