Rates for all non-North American subscriptions have been lowered, and rates for 8 or 12 week subscriptions have been lowered for everyone. Anyone outside of North America wanting to order a four issue subscription from one of the outside vendors should see the prices adjusted (from $9 to $7.80 for four issues, a 15% drop in rates!) on their websites by tomorrow.
