RATT frontman Stephen Pearcy, who is completing his third solo CD, "Under my Skin" (to be released on his own label Top Fuel Records), will hit the road in November/December with his RAT BASTARDS and special guests JET BOY and Top Fuel artists THE ANTIDIVISION.
