Even at the risk of getting on someone's nerve again (but it's been a few months now, Andreas and Mattias ) :......is still really being worked on a new site?
Does the webmaster need help with whatever it is.....I'd be all willing to help if I possibly can. Someone must at least still be handling the domain though ...and as long as the forum is there personally I'm fine as I'm around here daily anyway.
But I still think that nowadays a band shouldn't be without a website for such a long time (I hate to repeat myself ). The fact that the question about the website is constantly being raised again and again shows that the interest in/for the site is there....and this is just by registered users here at UM. How many people hope to gather quick info from the website and see themselves confronted with a forum only? Apart from the label's info pages a band's website is the #1 source - I am not telling anything new here...I am also seeing this in prospect of the next album and MCD.
It's none of my business I guess but it saddens me a little that this is happening to my favourite band.
Yeah, I know these things are often delayed for some time. I've been marginally part of the creation of a few websites and I know that it usually means a lot of work (if it's supposed to work well and look good in the end )
But you don't seem to know how long there's no website for V...? There's never been a site for the current album which is out like......11 months. The domain redirects to this forum since June. What kind of super-site might be in the making there?
Perhaps it would also be wiser to have a more neutral design instead of one based on the album artwork....but why do I even care so much. *out of discussion* (for now )
Vintersorg must have become so kvlt that he decided to not have a website anymore
Nah it has been gone for a long time. It's to bad, but the important thing to me is that he makes time to come here and post news like he has since the site was up. I don't miss the site to bad.
