Is it just me or is there no efficient way to work with tempo maps in reaper.
I just wrote a tool/meshuggah like song, and trying to set up all the time signature changes is a nightmare!

Also, is there any way to program the metronome. For example is there a way to make it count TtttTttTtttTttTtttTtt from 7/8 other than having to setup up 4/8 then 3/8 then 4/8 then 3/8 etc...

i just take off the accents by cranking the metronome volume to max, andthen make both beats the the same frequency, so you don't have to worry about 7/34346346 or whatever its at 1/1

I always prefer to work with no accents, it's easier for what you say. I too have songs that change from 3/4 to 4/4 and sometimes stranger stuff. I do all my tempo maps in Guitar Pro or Fruity Loops and then just put the mp3 click track in an empty track in the DAW. Find it easier that way
