Recabinet vs Torpedo

I'm just tired of fighting against my neighboors So I'm looking at some speaker emulations...
These two ones seem to be really good. Any of you have tried these? What do you think about them, their bad/good points in your opinion?

Oh and I will use it with real amps for studio purposes.

I just picked up the redwirez Mesa 4x12 pack and i feel like it is alot fuller than the recabinet stuff, but its preference i suppose. plus side of the redwirez stuff is you can pick up just one cab pack for around $9 vs. having to purchase all of the cabs from recabinet

Torpedo have poweramp modeling.

I use Redwirez along with their MixIR2. Many ampsims have poweramp modeling built within them. Revalver & X50 for example.

But there is not many standalone poweramps if you wish to use external preamp... Revalver, Torpedo... not much.
