I know some people will say it's overrated, or perhaps overplayed, but the Four Seasons by Vivaldi. It depends if you're into more of a piano concerto, or string concerto style. If you're into a lot of bombast, try Wagner.

I love Adagio for Strings... that piece definetly stirs up emotions... was well used in the movie Platoon... as for other composers:

Mozart (total fucking genius)
Tchaikovsky
Chopin -my fave piece by him is Nocturne in E flat, Op.9 , No.2
Rachaminoff
Paganini
Pachelbel - Canon in D of course..
Schubert - Ave Maria of course
Beethoven

Downloading classical music is such a pain. Its never tagged right. But I am really fond of Mozart's Symphony #25 and Symphony #41.
