RECOMMENDATION: Thulcandra - Under a Frozen Sun

Thulcandra is the best Dissection pre-Reinkaos clone you will ever hear.

They have taken everything that was great about the first couple of Dissection albums and just made more of the same.

This is what Dissection's Reinkaos should have been!

It has all the trademarks of the early Dissection recordings:

-Icecold atmosphere
-Strong melancholic melodies
-Beautiful leads
-Thundering drums
-They even use the same cover artist - Necrolord

If you have something against bands copying other bands..well you should really see past that in this case. This is just too damn good. See it as a tribute to the fallen...

First track is the opener from the 2nd albums "Under a Frozen Sun", "In Blood and Fire".



Second track is an epic masterpiece, "Gates of Eden":
