hey neil, i was wondering if you could share anything about the recording of this cd? basics like location, any notable gear used, or just anything you care to share. i like the sound and mood of that cd alot. sounds like a norwegian n17.

Hi Ken,

I went to Norway to do that album. It was done all digital (Tascam DA 88) and using the Sony DMX R100 console :

It took me a while to get my brain around the board for the mixing part but did end up being a lot of fun once the learning curve had been assailed. I've been a RH fan for over ten years now, so it was huge pleasure to get to work with those guys. Sadly, the time we had to do the record was really short so the days were long and tiring by the end, but I think it turned out really strong. It's one of my favourite productions...
