Refuse to be Denied written by?

Anyone know who wrote Refused to be Denied? I mean was it a collective effort or just one person? I know Charlie normally writes all the music, while Scott and John handle the lyrics. I was just wondering if that was the case with this song.

I rememeber hearing something about them wanting to make the new album more of a collective effort. I wonder how much Rob had a hand in the album.

If I remember correctly I read in an interview with Charlie that he did most of the song writing on this album just as he has in the past.
