Registration problems?

I've had a couple of people say they've been having problems registering to post on the board...

Is this you? If so, let us know and we'll try to sort out what's going on.

If there's no joy after all that, we could probably set up an account for you, but you would have to go change your password and stuff later, etc.

And remember, once you register you'll receive an email asking you to enable your account using a link included in the email. Until you do this, you won't be able to post!

This is true!

So by the very nature of e-mail, sometimes it ends up getting stuck on a server somewhere before it gets to you so try to be a bit patient until it gets there... Of course, it goes without saying that if you put in a fake e-mail address, you ain't gonna get the confirmation mail, are you?

If you're a bit funny about people seeing your e-mail, you can go to your profile (click the PROFILE button at the top) and change your options so no one can see it or mail you, etc.
