i actually saw the original movie (not the mst3k version) on dvd at a store this weekend for like $3. almost bought it and then realized it totally would not be as funny and probably would be more worth the actual mst3k purchase.

so i bought a loud annoying cabana shirt instead.

Manos was a movie made in 1966 by Hal Warren (also starring) who was a fertilizer salesman. He made a bet to make a movie in under 20,000 bucks and this enviable piece of work is what came out of that. The mst3k spoof is okay although the jokes are like shooting a fish in a barrel sometimes.
