According to TMZ.com, an "adult woman" has filed a misdemeanor battery complaint with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in which she claims MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman Vince Neil "pushed her in an elevator" at the Las Vegas Hilton around 9:50 p.m.
