Hey all.

I was chatting with Gorlan this morning from Elvenking and he'd asked me a question: Someone at the festival when they played had them sign a book that had their biography in it, he thinks it was called Book of Heavy Metal or something. Wasn't entirely sure. I know I've seen books like that around, but I don't know of one with Elvenking in it.

Does anyone know what this book is or where I may obtain a copy or two? They're interested in getting it, we just don't know how.

It might be The Encyclopedia of Heavy Metal. Not sure if Elvenking is in it though.

edit: A search through google books doesn't bring up anything.

I looked at some of the other ones I was aware of (e.g. The Book of Heavy Metal), and didn't see Elvenking in it (you can see the index on Amazon). So no idea...

Maybe it's the book Extreme Metal?

(the title is 'Extreme' but it also includes some non-extreme band entries)

There are several books floating in Europe that are just based on metal from X country perhaps this was what he had. Must of those books are usually carried through very small distros because frankly not many people and only very die-hards pay attention to them. I have never gotten any myself but they look cool. These have been floating around for years so they may be getting hard to find.
not saying that was it but just an idea.
