I can see where your comming from, i thought that to start with but if you listen close it isnt the same.
yeah yeah, of course it's not the same riff !! i was gonna say it's the same structure and kinda the same notes though...

I spose they have used the same scales in some songs, and as for song structure etc. i would i assume thats comming from the Bloodbath style
