Review of the NYC Amon Amarth/Children of Bodom show now online

Now I was at that show too, and I agree with you on Bodom's perf. The sound was far from astounding, but still better than the night before in Massachusetts. So I guess that's good news! Also, it seems the promoter in NYC was being a real fuckin asshole and was pissing off the crew and the band (hence Janne's coming forward towards the end to tell that guy how he felt about him in public, with the public! hehe). Majorly though, the sound was problematic, in NYC specially the drumbass was way too fucking loud, the guitars and keys seemed to blend in together and melt down to second place, where it obviously doesn't belong.
