I read in a Terrorizer article not to long go that Richard had finally got a new project together. Their name escapes me for now unfortunately, but has anyone heard this yet? I've been wondering what happened to Richard for years.

Its either Path of Agression or Paths of Agression but anywho i dont know if they have a album comin, i know they had a demo for a while since 98ish

In a Terrorizer mag it stated they were working on an album to be released soon.

Yes indeed they released a new CD, a split with Florida's Dark Faith that you can purchase here http://www.geocities.com/splattergod_records/. Corpsegrinder of Cannibal Corpse is doing vocals on the album. As for Richard, he had some issues with drugs and eventually the label will put an update on the band situation.
