Vocalist / multi-instrumentalist / songwriter Richie Kotzen (Smith/Kotzen, The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, Poison) has made a number of his personal artifacts available to the public via online auction. A statement reads:
“There comes a time when it just feels right to let certain things go — especially when you know they might mean just as much to someone else as they once did to you.
That’s what this auction is about.
After years of holding onto some very personal pieces from different chapters of my career, I’m opening the vault. We’re talking studio guitars, prototype gear, tour amps, signed records, one-of-one builds… all stuff I’ve either recorded with or taken on the road.
This isn’t a merch sale. It’s a legacy auction. Everything listed has real personal history.
I teamed up with my friend Doug over at NexBid to do this the right way. It’s all online, open worldwide, and updated weekly — so keep checking back because we’re adding more surprises each week until it closes.
Thanks for checking it out — and for being a part of this journey.”
— Richie

Adds Kotzen, “I am very much looking forward to this USA tour, but what makes this even more exciting than last year‘s run of dates is that I’ll be out this time with my good friend John 5!
