Tried a couple times but could never get into this band.
People had boners for weeks after Iced Earth / Jag Panzer / In Flames....
I still get one just thinking of those bands in that era.
And we may hate them now, but they're bigger now than they were 10 years ago.

OP was talking about how "the mighty have fallen." If so, they've at least fallen onto a pile of cash.
I held on for In Flames' albums longer than most - I was still finding things to like as far forward as 2006. Also, I really liked the glazed over production they had on Reroute, Soundtrack, and Clarity - even if the songs it was being used on were very hit-and-miss.
They sucked live the one time I saw them though.
I just got the Ceremonial Oath re-issue and it sounds great.
