I recently saw an article about roy harper while i was in a newbury comics store (music shop for those who are unfamiliar). honestly, at this point, i don't know who roy harper is, so i'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on his music and what he's all about. I saw some comparisons to thom yorke, so should i assume he's in that vein?

anathema did a very cool cover of his "hope" which he co-wrote with david gilmour. =) as far as i can remember, gilmour wrote the song, and he wrote the lyrics.

I actually had a dream last night that i went into my dad's album collection and found two Roy Harper albums in it. I wonder how close the album art was to the actual covers.
