Finally the book has landed on my doorstep yesterday, finally because I ordered it when it was MENT to be released in June...bastard publisher's. Anyhoo just wanted to gloat about the fact that I got the newest revision :hotjump:

The third edition? Is this the one where they finally admit that DoD was a joke and apologise to all their fans for the distress they caused with it's release?

No. But in the 2nd edition they do say they came to Australia for the Virtual XI tour.

The first edition came out around the time of Ed Hunter, hence the Ed Hunter cover. Second came out after BNW. Third came out now.

Oh, well thats ok. I know most bands rerelease their autobiography whenever they release a new album, it would definitely not be a cynical attempt to make Iron Maiden fans buy it again each time.

first came out when Blaze was still in the band, 2nd after BNW, 3rd 2 weeks ago. It set me back about $30 after postage and everything from Amazon.com Winny

$30, that's not too bad at all. It's on my list. Need to get that Motley Crue book, and the metal book I was reading at Brian and Xena's too....shit what's it called again?

I dunno what metal book you read at Brian and Xena's was called, but you need The Dirt and Run to the Hills
