He's crazy. I have not heard every guitarist on earth to know if he's the most insane or not. There has to be a few insane guitarists out there that have not recorded a note.

There is a difference between being better and being able to play more technically demanding riffs. I've heard as many shred gutairists as I can stand and none match Cooleys chops.

I'd rather listen to Satriani any day though. Certainly not Vai. Never Vai.
